Chapter 1250 Be Together for Life

Mixed emotions surged through Gloria. She got out of bed.

When she saw the same settings and decorations as before, her heart skipped a beat.

She had made so many memories here.

Even if only she lived here alone and it was easy to count how many times Jordy had come back, she could remember everything that happened here.

But it seemed to have happened a long time ago when she recalled it.

She remembered, one day, when she just got up, Jordy came into her bedroom.

His face was sullen.

Back then, she stared at Jordy in confusion. She was not pleasantly surprised because she could tell Jordy was in a bad mood, and yet she asked, “Why are you back so suddenly?”

Jordy cast a glance at her with a sneer. “How many dirty tricks are you using on earth?”

Gloria’s face blanched. She knew he was in a bad mood. She had thought it was because something unpleasant happened to him, but she didn’t expect he would vent his anger on her.

She didn’t know what he meant. Also, she still fancied leading a good life together with him, so… she had a good attitude towards him.

She shook her head subconsciously. “What did I do?”

Jordy sneered and his cold voice said, “She’s been lying in bed in a coma, but you still went to provoke her. Gloria White, everybody knows you are my wife. Why make a scene in her ward? Do you have to fight with a vegetable? She’s been miserable enough.”

Gloria’s face was paler. She shook her head. “I did visit her, but I didn’t say anything provocative or mention anything about you. Why did you misunderstand me? Did someone talk something bad about me to you?”

Being misunderstood, Gloria doubted if Angela’s parents were the ones that sowed discords between her and Jordy…

But she couldn’t believe they did it.

“Still think of dragging others down?” Jordy’s eyes were filled with sarcasm. He gave off such an intimidating vibe as if he would strangle her to death anytime.

Gloria felt a dull pain in her heart and let out a bitter chuckle. “I have nothing to say if you don’t trust me.”

The explanation was needless.

Even if she wanted to be together with Jordy for life, she gotta face the reality. Even if she explained to him so humbly, he didn’t buy a word of it. So it was useless to explain.

“You’re too guilty to defend yourself.” Jordy’s cold voice rang again, “Gloria White, better behave yourself. You want to be Mrs. Collins, and you’ve got your wish. Don’t ever do those mean things to hurt Angela. She’s your sister. Please show her some respect. I won’t let go of you if such kind of thing happens again!”

Gloria laughed miserably. “You won’t let go of me…”
