Chapter 260
Chapter 260
Isaac had already caught Liam with his piercing gaze. Hmph, smart move.
At that, he let go of her sweet, addictive lips and patted her shoulder. "Can you walk, angel?"
Patricia had long gone soft in his arms, and she, too, thought she was now a mush.
That said, she came to herself the second he spoke and blushed while brushing her fingers across her slightly swollen lips.
"Y-Yeah." Her voice was incredibly arousing as well, so much so that she wanted to hit her head with a brick. How in the world did I make that voice?!
Isaac chuckled in response, then gave her a peck on her neck. "Come over to my place, Trish. There's more I want to teach you."
Patricia widened her eyes a little in shock, and she hurriedly fixed her clothes before dashing out of the elevator.
"Miss Aniston," Liam greeted enthusiastically at the door. However, Patricia felt her face to find it burning hot when she saw him. Instead of replying to him, she just strode out.
Meanwhile, Liam quirked his brow in discomfiture. Miss Aniston doesn't seem very happy. She wouldn't even look at me. Then again, can't blame her for being rude, given her relationship with Mr. Arnold
now, can I? Of all things, I had to coincidentally show up while they were in the middle of… Well, anybody would be pissed.
Isaac, on the other hand, returned to his usual suave self when he came out.
"I thought I told you to wait in the car," said he as he took a plain glance at the assistant before striding forward.
At that, Liam chased after him and replied, "Since you guys weren't coming, I thought I'd come up and remind you guys, Mr. Arnold."
Alas, he had screwed up again.
Three cars were aligned outside, and Patricia and Isaac sat in the Bentley in the middle.
Liam wanted to sit in the Bentley as well, but when he thought about how he had just pissed the couple off, he decided to take the car in front instead.
Two hours later, they arrived at the plot of land in Eastville.
Isaac initially planned on giving the plot of land to Zachary. In return, the latter was to stay away from Patricia. But seeing how things were now, he could forget about it.
The plot of land was still under planning, and Isaac brought Patricia over specifically to find out what kind of building she thought they should construct.
Since he had already decided to give this plot of land to her, whatever would be built—be it housing or
a mall—would be wholly hers. This content © Nôv/elDr(a)m/a.Org.
It was Patricia's first time at the site, and the dust stirred by the breeze could engulf her.
She had a white safety helmet on as she remained at the back of the group while Isaac talked business with other people.
Then, he turned around suddenly. "Miss Aniston, what do you think we should build here?"
The question stunned Patricia. Dude, we're with a bunch of architects and civil engineers, yet you're asking me, a woman who knows nothing?!
However, Isaac gave her an encouraging gaze and said, "You can speak your mind, don't worry."
Though nervous, Patricia knew she'd make her boss look bad if she said nothing when he had already told her to speak up. Thus, she checked the place out.
"I'm quite familiar with this area. There are quite a few housing areas around the place, and there's already a mall, so I think a hotel would be good. There aren't many hotels in the area, after all."
Isaac smiled at her reply. I knew this girl had it in her. He shared a similar opinion with her after doing some research. If they were to build a seven-star hotel on this plot of land, it'd become a landmark in Eastville, and business would be decent if not booming.
Patricia, however, became nervous when she saw him smiling, so she added, "I'm just thinking out loud. You guys are the experts, Mr. Arnold. You make the call; don't listen to me."
As Liam walked beside Patricia, he was surprised that the young woman was pretty good at this; everything she mentioned was what he had found out, and his boss even decided to build a seven-star hotel with accommodation and all sorts of entertainment facilities.
In the future, this would become the ideal place to talk business.
