Chapter 288
"Ugh..."
Hannah was losing it, rampaging around like a headless chicken. "Give it back! Give it back to me!"
In the scuffle, a photo flew out of her colleagues' hands and landed on the floor.
Right by Rebecca's feet.
She immediately bent down to pick it up. "Sherilyn."
She and Sherilyn leaned in to look at it together.
And then, both of them had the same reaction-eyes wide open. You'd think looking at something like this would give you pink eye, huh?
The photo showed Hannah and a man... in a room together.
"This guy..." Rebecca whispered, "looks like a director?"
"He's a producer!" someone corrected her.
"Oh." Rebecca nodded, "So, Hannah got caught up in a casting couch situation?"
"Pfft, who used who, who can say?"
"What are you talking about?" Hannah's eyes were bloodshot as she glared at the speaking colleague.
"What, did I say something wrong? Maybe you were the one who made the first move..."
"Ah! I'll tear your mouth apart!"
"You dare!"
The two got into a fight, and everything quickly turned chaotic.
Suddenly, someone shouted.
"Hannah, stop it!"
"Ms. Hansen..."
"The director!"
Daphne and Mrs. Brooks walked over together, their well-maintained faces expressionless.
Instantly, the room fell silent.
She snatched the photo from Rebecca's hand, glanced at it, and let out a muted scoff, "Hannah, come with me."
Hannah stiffly nodded. "Yes, Ms. Hansen."
As they left, the crowd buzzed with speculation.
"I wonder how Ms. Hansen will handle this?"
"Obviously, she'll be fired."
"That harsh?"
"Harsh? Ms. Hansen hates it when dancers meddle in showbiz."
Wasn't Sherilyn a case in point? Unless Hannah has her skills to come back after being fired.
"Besides, what Hannah did... was low!"
Taking private gigs, disregarding the rules.
Getting caught up in a casting couch scandal...
Sherilyn, still feeling weak, had no interest in the drama, "Let's go back to our room, shall we?"
"Yeah, okay."
What happened to Hannah after that?
In the evening, as Sherilyn and
Rebecca stepped out to go to dinner,
they saw Hannah dragging her
out of her room.
Seemingly, she was fired, as expected.
"Hmph." Hannah shot Sherilyn a venomous glare. "You must be so happy, huh?"
What? Sherilyn was utterly confused. Why would Hannah's firing make her happy?
Hannah's sheer was cold and
malicious.

down!"
Sherilyn was stunned. They were just colleagues, albeit in competition, but was such venom necessary?
"You're sick in the head!"
Rebecca couldn't stand it any longer,
suddenly remembering something, "Last , did you spike Sherilyn's
"
What? Sherilyn was taken aback but quickly realized that might be the truth.
She and Rebecca scrutinized Hannah.
"Did you?"
"Hmph."
Hannah smirked, defiant, "So what if I did? You got any proof?"
Shoving past Sherilyn with her suitcase, "Move! A good dog doesn't block the path!"
"You..."
Sherilyn stumbled, nearly falling, but Rebecca was there to catch her.
As Hannah stormed off, Rebecca was fuming, ready to chase after her, "Don't you dare walk away!"
"Let it go." Sherilyn shook her head, "She's a petty person, and besides, being fired is karma enough." Rebecca nodded, "You know, Hannah getting into trouble now almost seems like karma's way of avenging you."
