I can’t sleep, until now I’ve been thinking about what he said this morning. It’s hard to accept, and I can’t absorb everything. Ugh! But there is a part of me that I want to answer.

“Will you be my girlfriend?”

Honestly, many sentences he can say, this is the one I can’t answer right away. I want to know him more and I want to understand his personality first before saying YES, and I want to break with my long-distance relationship. But, how? If until now, we don’t communicate with each other. As far as I know, he is busy, but this time it takes a lot of time.

Instead of wasting time on that, I decided not to think about it because I might lose focus on what I’m going to do right now.

I’m currently in front of my laptop and checking my emails to see if I have anything important to take care of or have a new schedule. Although every week is constantly, it can be changed for a purpose; especially when our Head updates on Mondays about tasks, events, and schedules.

Since there are no new updates, I chose to have breakfast. I go downstairs and go to the dining area to get some food to eat, but I remember something; Is mama home, yet? She didn’t have any messages or calls for me since yesterday and even last night. Until I could smell fried eggs and bacon. “Good morning, daughter! Sit down next to BenChua so we can eat after it’s cooked,” my mom said while cooking. She is already here.

BenChua opened it with a sweet smile. I admit he is handsome, and damn his smile is adorable and he closes his eyes when he smiles. “Good morning, love!” He greeted me warmly, I quickly became quiet because mama didn’t know about us yet.

“Sorry baby! I already say it.” BenChua is already speaking and I am confused about what is happening to us.

“Yes daughter, we have a lot to talk about, but this time sweetie, just eat your breakfast now because your future boyfriend will take you to your work later. ” She said while putting some food on my plate.

“Mom, I and BenChua are not totally in a relationship. But, thanks for this! ” I correct her and eat my food because I feel hungry right now.

While I look at my left side beside me is BenChua, smiling there while eating his food.

Then suddenly, he speaks up. ” Yes, mom! I mean, auntie I will take care of her and I will do my best to achieve her precious, yes.” My mom laughed at why I become quiet because of what he did.

“All right, let’s eat,” Mom announced because I will be getting late if we continue this conversation. We ate together until Ben speak again, ” I will have work right now, and I am excited that you will know that,” he said which makes me think about what he talking about.

A few moments, we also finished eating, we said goodbye to mama and so we go to work, of course, I also I want to know where BenChua working. Finally, little by little, I will get to know him more.

We are currently riding in his car, and honestly, I always feel safe every time he is with me. It was like he was my second home.

“Where you are working, BenChua? And finally, I will know it!” I said while looking at the outside.

“You’ll find out later,” he replied.

“H-ha?” I asked consciously.

“Just, you’ll know me soonest and you will love me soba-” I cut what he say and said, “Focus on driving, you’re too noisy BenChua!”

After our chaotic conversation, I just chose to frown and keep quiet. He just twists everything I say, and no matter what I do, he doesn’t even have a sensible answer. Ugh! My situation is so hard! So I decided to look outside, fortunately, there is no traffic now it looks like I will get to the office early.

“We are here!” He said cheerfully and parked his car in the parking lot. I checked my watch first and it was only 7:30 a. m. I still have a time allowance of 30 minutes. I don’t get late because I want to be punctual all the time.

I wonder why he is with me right now. Why he is here?

“Let’s go, Miss Montevilla,” he said seriously and I covered my mouth for what I heard.

“Good day, sir!” every employee greets him with full of respect.

My eyes widened, but he just returned a sweet smile.

“Yes, I am!”

“YOU ARE THE CEO OF SPYNATA INCORPORATION ?!” I said in surprise and pointed at him.

“Yes baby, then I will be your husband, said proudly.

“But how?”

“Since when?”

“Really? For real?!”

He just pulled my hand away and we went inside the company? And as he held my hand-mixed emotions are what I feel now. Moreover, I don’t know how, where, why, what, and when it happened.

As we spell out every space in this corner of the company every employee greets him cheerfully and all of them are working right now; because they don’t know he is coming unexpectedly. But I see some of them having second thoughts because BenChua holding my hand right now. I try to get it but he holds it tightly.

“Don’t mind them, don’t worry a lot. I know everything. Just be yourself. You will be my assistant for now and my future girlfriend,” he said authoritatively until we climbed the VIP elevator. It’s blonde that’s just for her.

“BenChua, please take care of me.” I cried.

“H-ha why?” he asked worriedly.

“I’m surprised sir, sorry.” I respect and still don’t sink in with what happened. I feel the coldness of the ice because of thinking and knowing that he is my boss and the CEO. I really can’t believe it.

Until the elevator opened and we went through a wide and long space. “This time, you will see the secret office of Spynata Incorporation, just be with me.” It winked and took my hand again.

Honestly, I love what he does and makes me feel but I think about the events because I feel so fast that I have no choice.

He brings me to his big office, I can’t speak because I just saw it now. This is what our manager forbids us to go to.

“Soon you will work here with me,” BenChua whispered and wink at me.
