Chapter 2127
Chapter 2127
After the doctor prescribed her some medicine and ointment, they were ready to leave.
Lowell had just parked the car as he went to look for them, but Claudia had already finished her checkup, and the doctor had also prescribed her her medicine.
When the four of them gathered together, Lowell asked anxiously, "How is it? Did you break your bones?"
"No," Claudia said sulkily, "Thanks to you, I am fine."
Lowell heaved a sigh or relief. He looked towards Sylvia and realized that her face was red.
Fortunately, she saw her uncle looking at her, and Sylvia explained, "Even though she did not hurt any bones, she still pulled her muscles. There is even some internal bleeding."
"That sounds serious," Lowell murmured.
"That's right, it is indeed quite serious." Sylvia nodded.
Lowell looked at Claudia with an apologetic look. He really did not expect that to happen. He
thought that Claudia was just acting.
Claudia however, comforted him, "Mr. Jones, you don't have to blame yourself, this injury is really nothing. Besides, I sprained my own ankle. It doesn't have anything to do with you."
Lowell looked even guiltier.
On their way back, Lowell was quiet throughout the journey.
Kendrix did not say anything either.
The two men in the front row were so silent that it felt like they did not exist at all.
The two girls in the back never stopped chattering, their mouths never took a break.
The men did not know what they were talking about, but it sounded like they were talking nonsense.
They were mostly talking about where they went, what they ate, and so on. It was not serious at all.
Back at the parking lot in West Mountain, they decided on where they were going to eat. In the end, they decided to go back to the mountain villa to eat.
Sylvia suggested, "Uncle Lowell, shall we go back to the mountain villa? You can treat Mr. Trevino and Claudia to a meal. It is very warm and clean there. Plus, we can still take a walk and enjoy the scenery after meal."
The most important reason for that was that it was very close by.
Therefore, the four of them drove back to the mountain villa.
Who knew that they would run into Sebastian.
He took the opportunity to pack his luggage after Claudia and Sylvia went out, and he told Grace that he would go live in the mountains for a few days so that he could study in a quiet environment. He did not expect the plague to come knocking on the door in less than an hour after he arrived there.
In Sebastian's opinion, Claudia was like the goddess of plague.
It was such a small world.
Claudia did not expect to meet Sebastian while they got to the mountain villa. At that moment, what crossed her mind was, "This was not for nothing."
When Sebastian saw Sylvia supporting Claudia walking into the hall, his jaw almost dropped to the ground.
He looked at Sylvia angrily and asked, "Did you call them and ask them where I went? Are you deliberately following me?"
Sylvia was stunned after being scolded by Sebastian. She asked, "Sebastian, are you crazy? Why would we follow you?"
"If you aren't deliberately following me, then why are you here? I have just arrived, and then you showed up," Sebastian said in a low voice.
"We were having fun in West Mountain and only came here for a meal, who knew that you would be here? Could it be that you are trying to hide from us, which is why you are here? However, you just did not expect to meet us here." Sylvia blinked, she was suddenly excited. She looked at Sebastian mischievously, then she looked towards Claudia and said in a punny tone, "It seems like it's destined. We can't stop it even if we tried."
Claudia laughed, she agreed. "Yes, that's right, we won't be able to escape from fate even if we wanted to. No one can stop it either."
Sebastian frowned, he almost lost his temper.
He was so angry that his chest rose and fell slightly, but he would not express his anger. He could only swallow his anger.
At that moment, Lowell and Kendrix came up to them from behind.
When Sebastian saw them, he was stunned. He did not expect to meet them there either.
He calmed down a little and spoke, "Mr. Trevino,
Uncle Lowell, what a coincidence to meet you here."
It seemed that Kendrix did not expect to see Sebastian there too, but he did not show any extra expressions on his face. He only nodded slightly at him to greet him.
Lowell was surprised. "Sebastian, why are you here?"
"I am here to study," Sebastian said.
"I see." Lowell nodded. "We were having fun nearby, and wanted to come here for a meal. Since you are here, then we should have lunch together."
It seemed like Sebastian wanted to say something, but in the end, he still nodded.
"Okay, Mr. Trevino, have a seat first. The butler will serve you tea in a short while. I will go upstairs to study first. Let's meet again when it is time for lunch."
He did not want to stay downstairs for too long. Most importantly, he did not want to be with Claudia.
Claudia shrugged.
However, Sylvia spoke, "Sebastian, don't go. Help me to hold Claudia. I need to apply medicine on Claudia's ankle."
Sebastian was stunned. He turned and looked towards Claudia.
It was obvious from his expressions that he wanted to know what had happened.
Claudia immediately smiled and said, "Oh, I just sprained my ankle."
"Who cares?" Sebastian replied coldly.
From his tone, it seemed like he was a little agitated.
Claudia did not care about that at all, she said, "It seemed like you wanted to know, and I thought too much about it, so I told you about it." Kendrix's sharp eyes fell on Sebastian's face.
Sebastian frowned. He seemed to have realized that he shouldn't react so violently in front of so many people.
He smiled and said, "It is improper for men and women to be so close to each other. I think I should leave to avoid arousing suspicion."
After that, Sebastian smiled. His kind smile left everyone around speechless.
It was just that the meaning of his words made people feel somewhat awkward.
Claudia gritted her teeth.
Sylvia stomped her feet. "Sebastian, are you still a child? Must you be so disgusting with your
words?"
Sebastian ignored her, he turned around and went upstairs.
"Let me help you to upstairs," Sylvia said, "Come on, let's go to my room. I will help you apply the ointment."
"Sure." After that, the two of them went upstairs first.
The moment the two of them reached the stairs, Sylvia immediately turned towards Kendrix and said, "Mr. Trevino, wait here. Butler, hurry up and serve some tea."
"Yes, Miss Sylvia." The butler quickly prepared some tea and snacks.
Sylvia brought Claudia to her room upstairs.
When she saw how clean and tidy her room was, Claudia was very surprised. "Do you come here to stay often?"
"No, I only come here three to four times a year," Sylvia said, "I rarely stay here."
"Wow, this place is kept really clean."

"There are cleaners who come to clean this place every day." Sylvia explained, "Sometimes, we would come here for a vacation. My brothers, Gary and Ernest, all came here to stay with their girlfriends for quite a while some time ago."
"I see." Claudia nodded.
"Sit down first," Sylvia said.
"Okay." Claudia sat down by her bed and asked, "By the way, where is Sebastian's room?"
"It's opposite mine." Sylvia pointed to the back. "After I go downstairs later, you can just go and knock on his door."
Claudia laughed and said, "How did you know that I wanted to look for him?"
"Every cell in your body wants that," Sylvia said, "However, I think that if you knock on his door, he will surely be angry. It would be better if I helped
you out." "Are you going to help me out?" Claudia got excited. "Yes, that's right. If I knock on the door directly, he will definitely scold me again."
"Let me help you." Sylvia hurriedly
helped her apply some ointment.
When the ointment was dry and she
was ready to help her put on the gauze, she was stunned and shook her head. "No, I think that it will be better for Sebastian to help with this."
As she said that, she went and knocked on the door.
After a short while, Sebastian came out.
When Sebastian realized that it was Sylvia, he asked impatiently at once, "What?"
"Sebastian, please do me a favor,"
Sylvia said, "I am really cold, I'll
Pael
downstairs to get some some hot water. Claudia's ankle needs some ointment, please help me."
"Why should I help you? I won't." Sebastian directly rejected.
Sylvia spoke coldly, "You can't do that, Sebastian. If you don't help me, no one else will."
"I am not a doctor, and I'm not a nurse. How could I help you?" Sebastian said coldly.
"However, you helped mom put on some ointments before. I saw it, your skills are not that bad."
"You!"
"Sebastian, please, help me," Sylvia begged as she handed him the ointment. "Don't be so mean. Saving a life is important."
