The following day! Kyhe sat in his office with Kuwain. While Jhonia was getting ready for work even, so she was unaware of what Nearce did the day before and he is now, the bad guy.

“Does she know?” Kyhe asked looking at his phone screen.

Meanwhile, Jhonia was doing her work checks and giving new assignments. She was about to get up to go to Kyhe’s office to remind him he has a meeting with the models then computer department. When someone hand taps her shoulder and pushes her back to sit. She turned her head to see Daeviann and Lusinly.

While everyone else was shocked. “My husband could have slept with anyone, and I forgive him, but then. You! Swear on the life you have been in love with your Boss, but you jumped into his enemy’s bed knowing their enemies. Nice dress by the way.” Jhonia decided to clear it with her, employees were surprised at what she did because it’s a fact she’s still single because of that so-called love but now they are seeing her for who she truly is. Kyhe sat at his desk and Kuwain on the extended couch. The atmosphere was very different and Jhonia noticed.

“Mr. Knight, you have a meeting with the models in an hour and an interaction with the head of the computer department.” Jhonia said to him however, he didn’t look up at her!

“Leave the files. Kuwain will accompany me?” Kyhe said to her, then asked Kuwain. Immediately she looked at Kuwain who looked up to see her turning away from him. Jhonia put down the files and began leaving.

“I won’t. I have something to deal with. So, take Jhonia, sorry mate.” Kuwain said stopping Jhonia, then said and apologize. He stood up to leave. He felt Jhonia was disappointed.

“It’s okay, Mr. Kuwain, Mr. Knight can take Emmari or go by himself.” Jhonia said and turned around addressing Kuwain saying. He was surprised she addressed him.

“Ah. Mr. Kuwain, I already have informed her I was too busy to accompany Mr. Knight.”

“What did you do?” Kuwain turned to him and asked.

“Nothing.” Kyhe responded to him, looking up at him with surprise.

“Then why did she say, you should take Emmari. Emmari of all people why is she even still working here?” Kuwain got upset saying to him, then asked.

“Why wouldn’t she work here? Her contract is almost ended let her be! Then there’s you, you got nowhere to be why did you lie?” Kyhe asked him, then explained to him as he then asked him.

“I lied because it seemed like she was disappointed with what you said but I guess not! Emmari is going to mess you up sooner or later; just remember I told you so.” Kuwain said to him, he seemed surprised he didn’t notice but remembered he didn’t look at her. Kuwain told him Emmari is no good and left. After each meeting Kyhe return to his office 4:30.

“Ah… I didn’t sleep today and was too busy to get some.”

Kyhe said to himself loosening his tie and laying down on the couch but couldn’t sleep even though he wanted to. After few minutes he began dozing off!

Jhonia needed to send files to his office. She went and knocked then enter she saw him sleeping immediately her mind rushed back to the first time she sees him sleep, she was sneaking away.

“Jhonia!”

Kyhe called stopping her!

“Not sleeping I see.”

Jhonia said, standing up straight. She turned around looking at him, in the same position he was in when she entered.

“Sit here and until I woke up!”

Kyhe said pointing at the single sofa.

“Heh?”

Jhonia questioned his statement request. He removed his hand which was blocking his face and looked over his eyelids at her. Jhonia gulped keeping her calm.

“Please, sit here and don’t leave until I woke up!”

Kyhe pleaded before saying it soft and in sweet tone. Jhonia nodded and sat… Half hour of doing nothing but stare turns into an hour. Coming back to reality Jhonia smiled and went over to sit down on the single sofa.

“sleeping?”

She whispered, asking him! Kyhe nodded at his unawareness of how comfortable he had become and began falling deep into his sleep. Jhonia looked around and didn’t see his coat, she reached for her phone but remember it’s on her desk! She wanted to go get her coat but then Kyhe words replay in her head!

“Please, sit here and don’t leave until I woke up!”

She sat back down and looked at him…
