Chapter 626 Sexy Time Disrupted
Chapter 626 Sexy Time Disrupted
"Who's there?" Caspian asked irritably.
He just realized that there were actually people eavesdropping outside their bedroom.
Zoey and Macy were startled by Caspian's yelling.
The two women looked at each other. They were at a loss for what to do.
Macy's phone kept on ringing.
She was also annoyed. Who could have chosen this exact moment to call her, alerting Caspian?
Macy took a closer look. It was Benjamin who called.
When she saw that it was him, she had nothing to say. He was a war hero. How would she dare to lash
out at him?
Benjamin was expectedly angry after having been hung up on. He called again.
Macy was frozen. Should she answer the phone, or should she not? It was a no-win situation for her.
"Who is it? Speak!" Caspian barked again.
Caspian's yelling frightened Macy.
Macy was not afraid of anything. The only thing she feared was Caspian getting angry.
"Lord… Lord Caspian. It's me, Macy," Macy said fearfully.
When Willow heard that Macy was on the other side, she was in disbelief. How could Macy be the kind
of person to eavesdrop on things like these as well?
"Macy Osborne! How fearless of you! What are you doing sneaking around outside my bedroom?"
Caspian rebuked when he heard that it was Macy.
Macy's behavior had become more and more bizarre.
"You've misunderstood me, Lord Caspian. I wasn't sneaking around," Macy said hurriedly.
"What are you doing outside my bedroom, then?" Caspian prodded.
"Champion Hart is looking for you," Macy replied.
"Have him call me directly. Why did you have to come here yourself?" Caspian asked.
"Champion Hart said he couldn't reach you. That's why I came to get you," Macy said.
Caspian suddenly recalled that his mobile phone was in silent mode. That was why he did not notice
that someone had called him.
Caspian wished he could just teach Benjamin a lesson now.
How dared he interrupt him at such a critical moment?
"What's the matter? Why the rush?" Caspian asked irritably.
"Champion Hart said that it's classified information and only wished to speak to you alone," Macy said.
"I'll pass the phone to you, Lord Caspian. You may speak with him yourself," Macy said as he held the
phone.
Caspian and Willow had not changed their positions. They were naked and were not in a position to
answer the phone.
"Tell him to call me later," Caspian said.
He could not answer the phone now.
"How long would it take?" Macy asked.
Macy had no idea how long it would take, so she could only ask him to clarify. She needed to know
how long it would take before Benjamin could make the phone call.
Caspian was the Diatoranian God of War. He must have a lot of energy. He would need at least an
hour.
"Five more minutes," Caspian said.
"Five minutes? That fast? Are you sure, Lord Caspian?" Macy asked.
As soon as Caspian heard this, he knew Macy was having improper thoughts.
He was in the middle of "serious business" with Willow, but Benjamin sounded really urgent. Caspian
was no longer in the mood to continue. What if it disrupted his official duties?
He felt that it was better for him to hear Benjamin out first.
"That's enough. Go wait for me at the hall," Caspian said angrily.
"Yes, Lord Caspian!" Macy said with a nod.
Zoey followed Macy and left with light steps.
When he heard two sets of footsteps, Caspian knew there was someone else other than Macy. It must
have been Zoey. Only she would be such a busybody.
Nonetheless, it did not matter anymore. They knew it anyway. Caspian did not care.
Macy came to the hall and answered Benjamin's call.
"Macy Osborne! What on earth are you doing? Why have you just answered my call?" Benjamin
fumed.
"I was just having a conversation with Lord Caspian, Champion Hart. That's why I couldn't answer the
phone," Macy said.
"Didn't I ask you to pass the phone to him? How dare you hang up on me? Did you ignore my words?"
Benjamin asked. NôvelDrama.Org owns this text.
"I'm really sorry, Champion Hart. I touched my phone by accident. That's why it got cut off midway,"
Macy said.
"Where's Lord Caspian? Why has he not answered the phone yet?" Benjamin did not want to waste
any more time on Macy. He wanted to discuss important matters with Caspian.
"Lord Caspian said that you can just call him in five minutes," Macy said.
"Why do I have to wait for five more minutes?" Benjamin asked.
"It's not my place to disclose it. You can just ask Lord Caspian later." It was not like Macy could just tell
the world what the couple was occupied with.
"I got it," Benjamin said.
He could not ask further. He could only wait patiently.
…
Meanwhile, Caspian and Willow were still inside the room.
"They've left, hubby. Should we continue?" Willow asked.
"It seems like Benjamin has something to discuss with me. I'd better go and hear him out first." It was
not like he could answer the phone while doing it.
"Okay. Go and answer the phone, then. Let's carry on later," Willow said, nodding.
"Okay. I hope there's nothing going on." Caspian wanted to carry on with their activity as well.
This kind of activity was the best way to relax the body and mind.
"Mm-hm, just go. I'll wait for you," Willow said.
"Okay!" Caspian nodded and straightened himself out.
Five minutes later, Benjamin called.
"Hey! What's the matter?" Caspian said in an annoyed tone.
"I'm really sorry, sir. But it's really urgent," Benjamin apologized swiftly.
"Stop wasting time and just tell me. What is it?" Caspian suddenly felt a little irritable.
"The King sent a secret message. He's about to come to Southlake City for a visit and asked me to
notify you," Benjamin said.
"What? The King is coming to Southlake City?" Caspian was extremely surprised.
"That's right! His Majesty is already on the plane and should arrive soon." Benjamin was a little excited.
Caspian felt a little frustrated. He didn't expect that Balthazar had come.
"Why's the King suddenly coming to Southlake City?" Caspian asked.
"His Majesty is coming to Southlake City to commend the soldiers!" Benjamin replied.
Caspian felt very frustrated. It seemed like there were endless duties for him in that position.
"Sir, now that things in Southlake City have just settled down, there might still be enemy troops lurking
in the city. It could be very dangerous for His Majesty when he comes. You should still take
precautions!" Benjamin advised.
"Is His Majesty coming straight to Southlake City? Or is he going back to the South Aridlands War
Zone?" Caspian asked.
Hearing that Balthazar was coming, he dared not risk anything. He would be the one to blame if
something were to happen to Balthazar in South Aridlands.
