Chapter 15 I Like You
Chapter 15 I Like You
With red eyes, Julie squatted down and pulled out her shoe. Julie didn't know why everything always
went against her.
"Is this how you do business? Drinking and having fun with old men? If I hadn't come here today, would
you propose a toast to others? Do you want to please others? " James looked down at Julie and asked

It seemed that Julie didn't hear what James said. She was still tugging at the heel of her shoe that was
stuck in the gap.
Looking down at Julie, James asked coldly, "What are you doing? Now you want to pretend to be deaf?
Can't you hear anything? Why don't you answer me? Say something! "
"Stop!" Julie shouted, "That's enough! Stop!"
It was the first time that James had seen Julie yelling at him. He frowned when he saw Julie yelling at
him. Then he said in a cold voice, "Are you crazy? "
'Am I crazy?'
'Yes, I am crazy!'
Julie tightened her lips. She had gone crazy since she found out that she was pregnant. James never
knew how she felt when she found out that she was pregnant. At first, she was happy, then anxious,
and finally scared.
Julie once had a broken family. She really hoped that she could have a new family, which could make
her get a little warmth. But Julie also knew that she couldn't get what she wanted from James.
James would never allow her to give birth to a baby. He didn't even need to refuse her by words. As
long as he showed signs of disgust with this baby, he would make her give up the idea of having a
baby.
Julie knew the feeling of being hated by her family. She had tried so hard to get her father's approval
and care. But no matter how hard she tried, she couldn't get any warmth.
The stone that had been cold from the beginning would not become warm.
During this period of time, Julie didn't even dare to think about the baby. She tried to forget the baby,
but as soon as she saw James, she would think of the baby who had been killed ruthlessly before he or
she could see the world. She felt that the baby was killed by both of them. Since they had not planned
to have a baby, why did they still have sex?
All of a sudden, Julie felt that there was really nothing in the world worth her nostalgia.
"What's wrong with you, Julie?" Staring at Julie's face, James asked coldly, "Why are you crying?"
Julie raised her hand and gently touched her cheek, only to find that she had cried, and many people
around looked at her. Julie immediately wiped her tears and turned to walk outside. But before Julie
could take a few steps forward, she was stopped by James.
Holding onto Julie's wrist, James asked coldly, "What are you doing now? It was you who fooled
around, but now you are wronged. Do you know what the person who brought me here said about you?
He said that there was a woman who admired me and wanted to know me. If I hadn't heard your name,
I wouldn't have come. "
Julie tried to shake off James's hand, but she failed. James held Julie's hand tightly, which made Julie
even more annoyed. James held her tightly, as if she was trapped in a dilemma.
"Let me go!" Julie cried, her eyes turning red.
James answered coldly, "What right do you have to order me? If I hadn't come here today, would you
be able to drink and have fun with another big shot, just like those prostitutes on the roadside? "
Julie raised her eyes and glared at James, "That's all you think of me. Even if I didn't show up tonight,
you would still think of me the same way, wouldn't you? In your heart, I am the most despicable and
worst woman. Am I better than those prostitutes in your heart? You are Mr. James. If you have
investigated me, you will know whether I had invited reporters to the hotel or not. You will know whether
I take this opportunity to enter the Leng family just because I had sex with you once."
James didn't expect that Julie would say something like that. He frowned and looked at Julie. He
wanted to say something, but he saw that others was looking at them. Then James grabbed Julie's
wrist and walked towards his car. Thinking that Julie didn't put on one of her shoes and limped along
the road, James turned his head to look at Julie. Unexpectedly, he bent down, picked up Julie and
walked towards the car.
Julie widened her eyes and frowned at James. It was not until Julie was put into the car by James that
she came to her senses. Then she couldn't help but smile bitterly.
She was so stupid and pitiful. Why did she start to be surprised only by a little gentleness from James?
After closing the car door, James looked at Julie coldly and said, "Tell me the truth. Didn't you say that I
misunderstood you? Then you should make it clear to me now and let me know how I have
misunderstood you? Don't always look like a dissatisfied woman, as if I owe you something. "
Julie stared at James, took a deep breath and said in a low voice, "James, I like you not for money, not
because you are the president of the Leng Group, not because of your appearance, not because of
your status. When I fell in love with you, I didn't even see your face clearly. "
James frowned and looked at Julie. He was stunned by her sudden confession of love.
There were still tears on Julie's face. She turned to look at James and wiped the tears off her face. She
took a deep breath and suddenly laughed, "I never thought that I would say these things to you one
day. I never thought that one day, I would be able to speak out the things that had been buried in my
heart. I originally thought that these things could be buried in my heart for a lifetime. Maybe one day
when I have the chance to tell you, I will be very flustered and nervous. But I didn't expect that I am so
calm now. "
Squinting at Julie, James looked at her seriously, as if he had known her for the first time.
However, Julie was very calm. She lowered her head and said with a smile, "When I saw you at that
time, you turned your back to me. There was a girl who was not good-looking and was laughed at by
several men. They said that the ugly girl should not come out to bother them. You went there to protect
that girl and let those men run away in embarrassment. At that time, I felt that this man was really a
warm person. I couldn't help but follow you, but you walked very fast, so I didn't follow you. I've been
missing you since then. Although I just met you once, I feel that I've already known you and I've been
missing you... "
