Catching up with my feelings

Still, in very bad shape, I didn’t know who to call. I couldn’t even move, I just loved the comfort the breeze gave me. I thought about Cayden, maybe he could help? I just needed a friend is all I know. I dialled Cayden’s number, it rang a few times and he picked up.

“He.. hello?” My voice broke and sounded coarse

“Lily? Are you alright? You don’t sound fine”

“I’m not fine, please can you come to pick me up?”

“Yea, sure.. send me your address” The call ended and I sent him that address.

His car pulled up in front of me in about ten minutes.

“Hey Lily,” He said as he came down from the car. I was distraught, I started crying again. He immediately ran towards me and pulled me in a warm embrace, consoling me. We stayed like that for about two minutes before he finally let go.

“I need to go somewhere that’s not my house to clear my head, I’ll just text Nana later”

“Okay.” He walked me to the car

“Would you be okay staying at a hotel? My house is indispensable at the moment” I nodded, as long as I wasn’t at home with the prying eyes of Nana constantly boring into my soul for answers.

He opened the car door for me while I entered and he shut it right back. He entered the driver’s seat and drove off.

The hotel was a gigantic one, seems like Cayden wanted me to have a first-class experience. There were shades in the pigeonhole of the car. I put them on before going in to hide my now red and swollen eyes.

The first thing I noticed about the hotel is that it seemed very calm. The lobby seemed busy, but relaxed at the same time. The lobby smelled fresh and recently cleaned.

For the most part, the music played was background music, but there was one song I hear that did not quite fit in. That song was, “I’m a Believer” by Smash Mouth. Although it reminded me of my childhood it did not fit in with the atmosphere of the hotel.

I noticed that most of the meeting rooms contained bathrooms for attendees. There were also always bathrooms located as one walked up to a new level. I drink a lot of water so I found it comforting to have bathrooms available all around the hotel.

The gym was very nice and had a variety of machines. It was quiet there which is nice because I do not like going to crowded gyms. They also have an …show more content…

It holds up to 50 people. The conference table cannot be moved. There are no windows in the room. There is a restroom located at the entrance of the boardroom.

The Presidential Suite was rather large and elegant. There was a living room which chairs and a large television. There was a deck outside where parties of up to 50 people could be held. On the deck, there was a fireplace and couches. It contained a king bed. The bathroom had both a tub and a shower. The toilet was in a separate room.

This was the tour that was given to us by the receptionist’s office. They seemed professional. They finally gave us a room to stay in, and I was grateful.

Cayden takes accompanies me to my room and sees that I’m settled in before attempting to leave

“Please could you stay for the night? I need your company”

“Umm..” He cleared his throat”yea sure, I’ll stay with you” I felt relief.

I went on to sit on the bed and invited him. I didn’t want to have my bath or anything, just wanted to lie down. He came over and knelt before me, taking my shoes off. I couldn’t stop staring at him. He noticed and stared right back. After taking off the shoes, she stood up slowly leaning towards me without breaking eye contact and kissed me passionately. I felt so many butterflies that my tummy couldn’t handle and it felt like it was going to burst out. So much emotion and feelings gave in a kiss. I couldn’t think of anything else, it was just what I needed. I felt his every breath on my face as he raised me and pushed me further to the middle of the bed with his left arm. He turned me over, making me sit directly on top of him as his hands move gently across my face, to my neck, kissing it with passion. He went for my breasts but I wasn’t ready so I stopped him from doing just that but we continued kissing. His hands went down my back, taking down my zipper just to feel my body. I felt out of this world; the feeling was electric. He finally laid me on the bed, pulled me into a warm hug and we stayed that way for the night.

I woke up the next morning feeling way better. Cayden was wide awake. He was staring at me.

“Morning sleepy head”

“Hey, how long have you been up?”

“Don’t worry, not long” he smiled.

I went into the bathroom to wash my face and came right back

“Please can you take me home?” I did feel good that there were no awkward moments about last night

“Sure,” he said, walking over to pick up his keys

Getting home and still seeing this woman in my house, she looked furious like she was about to pounce on me

“Where the hell have you been Cayden? You left me here all alone in this big ass house of yours with no explanation. I’ve been worried sick about you” she walked closer to me, trying to touch my face. I stepped back and simply ignored her, walking away. That made her mad

“You want to walk away from me? Fine! But there’s something you need to know” She walked closer to me,

“I know Lily is the woman you used to get the contract”

I was in shock, how did she figure that out?
