Chapter 1005: How Can I Control My Fans?

After hearing Sandy's words, Brandon couldn't help but pause for a moment. He called out softly,

"Sandy."

Sandy had intended to get angry, but considering Brandon's current situation, she held back and tried

to keep her tone less confrontational. "I've also posted on Twitter, and I've done what I could. My fans

are people who like me, not my subordinates. I haven't paid them a salary, and they can't listen to me

on everything. After all, even their parents can't control them entirely. How can I, as an idol, manage

them?"

"And, are you sure the people who are insulting her are my fans?" Brandon knew that he had gone too

far and crossed a line in the past few days.

"Sandy, I'm sorry, I..." Brandon tried to apologize.

"Brandon, I'm a bit tired. Let's just leave it at that," Sandy interrupted him and hung up the phone.

After hanging up on Brandon, Sandy's phone rang again, but this time, she didn't answer. She put

Brandon on her temporary blacklist.

Yanis sat by the bed, observing Sandy's actions. Her beautiful eyebrows furrowed slightly. "Sandy, was

that Mr. Hawkins calling?"

Sandy looked at Yanis and replied softly, "Yanis, am I not doing enough?"

Yanis wanted to comfort her, but she couldn't find the right words. After all, she had gone through

similar experiences herself. Only those who had experienced such things understood how difficult it

was. So, in the end, Yanis just raised her hand and gently rubbed Sandy's head, whispering, "You're

doing great."

After calming Sandy, Yanis looked at the still unconscious Stella with concern. "I'll go and ask the

doctor when Stella will wake up."

Just as Yanis was about to get up, Zane walked in from outside.

Yanis looked at him and asked, "What's wrong?"

Zane entered the room and glanced at Sandy's face before saying softly, "Brandon called me."

Yanis also glanced at Sandy's face and said in a low voice, "Tell him that Sandy is doing fine and he

should deal with his own matters first before coming back."

Zane nodded. "I'll do that."

"I'll go ask the doctor about Stella," Yanis said softly.

"I'll go with you," Zane offered, ready to follow Yanis.

Yanis turned to look at Zane and said, "Stay here; I'll go myself."

Zane hesitated for a moment before nodding.

After Yanis left, Sandy looked at Zane and softly called out, "Mr. Lawrence."

Zane turned to Sandy and asked, "Yes?"

"Brandon called you?" Sandy inquired.

Zane nodded, "He asked about your situation."

Sandy said in a low voice, "If he calls again, please tell him I'm fine and that he should take care of his

own matters."

Zane replied, "Understood."

After Yanis came back from asking the doctor, Wendy and Bonnie also arrived.

"What's going on?" Bonnie asked as soon as she saw Yanis.

Yanis briefly explained the situation to Bonnie.

Bonnie's face was filled with warmth after listening. "That jerk! He should rot in prison!"

She looked at Stella's pale face and became even angrier.

Although she was angry, Bonnie still asked about Sandy's condition.

Sandy looked at Bonnie and said softly, "Bonnie, I'm fine. The doctor said I just need to rest."

"Then rest well and avoid any strenuous activities during this period. You'll be fine," Bonnie advised.

Sandy nodded, "Okay."

Stella woke up in the evening.

When she woke up, she looked like she could pass away at any moment.

Yanis and Bonnie felt heartbroken as they looked at her.

Meggie wanted to say something several times but hesitated and kept silent.

It was Stella who saw Meggie standing hesitantly on the side and softly greeted her.

After hearing Stella's greeting, Meggie stepped forward, "Stella."

Stella looked at Meggie and softly responded, "Meggie, I'm fine."

After hearing Stella's words, Meggie's eyes instantly turned red, and she looked at Stella with a

heartache. "I'm sorry; it's my fault for not teaching him well."

Stella looked at Meggie, and she really couldn't say anything like forgiving her.

In fact, she hated Luca so much now, especially when she thought about what he did to her last night.

She itched to kill him.

So how could she possibly forgive him?

Even if he regretted it now, she had no intention of forgiving him in her heart.

Meggie saw Stella remain silent for a while and hesitated for a moment before saying softly, "Stella,

whatever you decide to do, I'll support you. This time, I won't stand on his side and defend him."

Stella already knew about the situation with the Yan family. She knew how much Meggie had given for

Luca in these years.

Stella stayed silent for a long time before finally speaking, "Meggie, I can't pretend that nothing

happened. Since you said that, let's follow the proper procedures."

Meggie had long been prepared for this, so she wasn't surprised when Stella said this. "Okay, let's do it

your way."

Stella nodded, and that was the end of their conversation.

Sandy's condition wasn't good either, so Yanis decided to stay at the hospital to take care of the two of

them.

Bonnie had originally planned to stay as well, but she received a call from Freddy, saying that Mles

might have caught a cold, so she had to go back first.

Meggie wanted to stay, but Stella refused.

And Wendy had to take care of Alfie, so in the end, only Yanis stayed at the hospital. Content is © 2024 NôvelDrama.Org.

Zane was also sent away by Yanis.

The things she had planned to do in the morning were not accomplished. However, perhaps it was

because she was under so much stress due to Sandy and Stella's situations, she hadn't felt any

discomfort in the afternoon till now. She hadn't even noticed any problems during mealtime. As a result,

the medical checkup was put on hold.

Sandy was scheduled to be discharged the next day after she received the second dose of the

miscarriage prevention injection, while Stella's condition was somewhat unstable. Her high fever kept

coming back and forth, so she ended up staying in the hospital for another day.

During these two days, Yanis had been taking care of Sandy at the hospital, and Sandy had chosen to

stay there as well.

By the time Stella was discharged, it was already the third day.

Yanis drove them both back home.

"You've been working hard these past two days," Stella said softly as she looked at Yanis.

Yanis glanced at Stella's face and saw that her complexion had improved slightly. She felt more

relieved. "It's not hard at all. You've been taking your medicine, so don't relapse."

Stella nodded. "Okay."
