Chapter 203
Chapter 203
"Mr. Jones, I gotta go." Abigail walked out first.
Liam walked out with her. "Let me walk you off."
"Thanks, but I have called a cab." Abigail smiled and left quickly. This material belongs to NôvelDrama.Org.
Liam stood there and watched her walk away, frowning.
Since Olive found out about Abigail's ex-wife, she had not shown up.
Only then did she realize how silly she was.
Abigail did not say anything, nor did Liam tell her about it. It was so stupid of her to ask Jacob for help.
Now thinking about it, she felt so ridiculous.
She was sitting in the bar and kept drinking.
She wanted to get herself drunk so that she wouldn't have to think about anything, but no matter how
much she drank, she was very sober.
At this time, someone came in and sat down at the counter.
Olive looked up and glanced at the person sitting next to her.
Her brows drew together when she saw who this person was.
The person sitting next to her was also a little shocked when seeing her.
Olive smiled and said. "Mr. Swift, what a coincidence."
Jacob sat beside her. He didn't like Olive because she was too scheming, but now that they met in a
bar, he didn't want to say anything.
After ordering the wine, he sat there and drank alone.
Seeing that Jacob didn't talk to her, Olive smiled and sat beside him.
"Do you want a drink?" Olive raised her glass. Jacob clinked her glass politely and didn't say anything.
"It seems that you have something to worry about too." Olive smiled at Jacob and said.
Jacob glanced at her. "You look more worried than I am."
Olive's face turned pale. She gave a bitter smile and said softly, "I didn't expect Abigail to be your sister,
and also, Liam's ex-wife!"
Hearing this, Jacob stopped drinking and glanced at Olive.
"Can you believe it?" Olive smiled sarcastically. "I tried to have sex with you because you liked Abigail
at that time..." Olive sneered and gulped down the wine in her hand.
Jacob sat there and didn't say anything. He regained his composure and continued drinking.
"Well, am I stupid?" Olive looked at Jacob and asked.
"None of us can change what has happened."
"But they're divorced. Why are they coming back?" Suddenly, Olive said angrily. Until now, she still felt
that Abigail was the one who ruined her relationship with Liam.
"Since they are divorced, they had nothing to do with each other," Olive said angrily. She hated Abigail
so much.
Hearing Olive's words, Jacob turned his head over and said, "Think about it. If Liam did love you,
Abigail isn't a threat to you at all."
Why did she keep blaming Abigail?
