Chapter 196
Chapter 196
"So what's going on now? Are Leo and Liam chasing you?"
"How could it be possible?"
"I have read the newspaper as well. I really know something." Tina said.
"Do you believe that kind of gossip magazine?"
"I believe that it was not wholly unfounded," Tina said firmly, and according to what she knew about
Abigail, she knew it was definitely not that simple.
"Am I still your bestie? Tell me something." Tina asked eagerly, feeling like she was binge-watching. Content (C) Nôv/elDra/ma.Org.
Abigail had no choice but to tell Tina what happened that day.
After listening, Tina looked envious. "Abigail, tell me honestly, do you feel like acting in a TV series or a
Korean drama? The feeling of two men chasing the same woman."
Abigail shook her head. "No."
Looking at Abigail's expression, Tina looked helpless. "Oh, it was a pity for a woman like you who
doesn't watch Korean dramas and knows nothing about romance. You should have enjoyed it."
"I was only thinking about how to get out of this mess. Luckily, Alexia was there, or I was afraid I would
be split into half." Abigail said.
Tina said nothing.
As expected, Abigail wasn't romantic at all.
"To be honest, why did you ask me out today?" Tina looked at Abigail and asked.
"Maybe you have read the news today. Leo is going to set up a new company in City A and there is a
celebration today, so I brought you out to celebrate together." Abigail explained.
Tina was shocked. "So you took me to see Leo?"
Abigail nodded. "Yes. You're not willing to see him?"
"Will I disturb you?" Tina asked.
"Do you believe I will seal your mouth if you say more about it?" Abigail asked.
Tina laughed. "I did it all for your good."
"If so, thank you."
Tina laughed. "You're welcome."
Saying so, they set out by taxi.
On the way, Abigail's phone rang. Seeing it was Leo, Abigail answered.
"How is it going? Do I need to pick you up?"
"No, we'll be there soon."
"OK, see you later."
"OK!"
After a brief conversation, she hung up the phone. Tina listened to their conversation beside her and
smiled. "It seems that Leo is very considerate."
"Yeah, a gentleman growing up abroad," Abigail replied.
Tina smiled without replying.
They waited for a while after arriving, talking. Then, Leo arrived.
"Sorry for being late, something stopped me." Leo apologized.
Abigail smiled. "It's okay. We just arrived."
Leo nodded. At this moment, Abigail briefly introduced, "This is my best friend since childhood. You can
call her Tina. Tina, this is Leo!"
"Hello." Leo looked at Tina, smiled gently, and extended his hand.
Tina sat there. Seeing Leo reach out his hand, she immediately stood up and smiled happily. "Hello,
Leo. Thank you for taking care of Abigail in London."
"It's my honor to meet her," Leo said.
Hearing that, Tina smiled.
"All right, please sit down," Abigail said.
