The meal soon ends and they all drank a lot. Seeing that Ren Qun has been drunk talking to Yuexi non-stop, Hua Linfeng frowns.

He turns his head to Ding Ning, “Make sure you send him back to the hospital.”

“I’ll take him there, so that Ms Ding can send you back to the company.” Yuexi says with embarrassment. She motions the hand that has been tightly clutched by Ren Qun, “I can’t get away either.”

Hua Linfeng looks a little dissatisfied, but he nods and leaves with Ding Ning. Yuexi assists Ren Qun and helps him into the car.

“Of course!” Ren Qun is anxious, “Can’t you see that Hua Linfeng definitely has an interest in you?”

Yuexi couldn’t help but recall what Chen Ying said to her the other day, and the strange questions Hua Linfeng asked in the office, and then she shook her head again, “What can he do with me? “Do you really think you have no relation with Li Fengjue?” Ren Qun face is solemn, his brows knitting tightly. Yuexi doesn’t speak, quietly listening to him, “Actually, you are still married to him. And you have never been divorced. So, for my brother and for your good, I must remind you to keep distance from other men, especially the Hua Linfeng who definitely has a keen interest in you.”

Yuexi frowns and looks at Ren Qun. She shakes her head, “Ren Qun, this joke is not funny at all, please stop making this joke in the future.”

Ren Qun stares at her, and slowly shakes his head, “I’m not joking.”

Yuexi suddenly becomes a little frustrated and at a loss, “You bullshit! How could it possible that we have not divorced yet! It is clear. How could it be possible that he didn’t divorce me! He helps that Li Ya so much, he helped her pierce my heart so fiercely!”

Looking at Yuexi who suddenly becomes crazy, Ren Qun doesn’t know whether it was appropriate for him to say it out suddenly, but he really hopes that the two of them would be reconciled as before.

Yuexi leaves the parking lot and walks to a nearby park, sitting on a bench with a blank face, and every sentence of Ren Qun’s words echo in her ears.

She again recalls what Li Fengjue once said in his office. Now she can’t distinguish what is true and what is false.

After sitting there for a long while, Yuexi gets up and leaves the park and takes a taxi. The taxi quickly stops in front of the Civil Affairs Bureau. After Yuexi gets out of the taxi, she stands there hesitating for a long time. She couldn’t figure out her current mood, whether she is afraid, or looking forward to it.

She sees many couples going in the Bureau. Some of them come out happily, holding each other’s hands. While some come out with a blank face, then go part ways and leave.

She watches the people coming in and out at the door for a long time. Finally, she takes a deep breath and walks into the door of the Civil Affairs Bureau.

When Yuexi leaves the Bureau, she is in a daze. She accidentally bumps into someone. Without raising her head, she gently says “Sorry”, and turns to leave. But the other man grabs her by the arm and holds her, she raises her head and is stunned when she sees the man.

“Why are you here!” Yuexi stares at the man who is holding her, desperately trying to break free.

Of course Li Fengjue will not allow her to leave. He steps forward and hugs her into his arms, holding her tightly, “Ren Qun told me that he has already told you. I know you will come here to check it out, so I come here immediately and I am waiting for you.”

Thinking of Ren Qun, Yuexi couldn’t help gnashing her teeth, “That bastard!” She looks up again and doesn’t know if she was angry at Ren Qun or Li Fengjue. She raises her hand and slaps his face.

Li Fengjue is not angry, and says with a smile: “What nonsense, you have checked it out. We are legal couples, and you are my wife, my only wife.”

Yuexi doesn’t speak, just struggling hard. Li Fengjue hugs her, “Let’s go, my dear wife, you have vented your anger, let’s go home.”

Suddenly his brows knitting, his hands becomes loose, Yuexi immediately escapes and stares at him from a distance, “You think after you did so much to me, and now you suddenly came and said that you love me, I will still believe you? Do you think I am a walking corpse with no soul? And now you want me back, and you are expecting me to come back. Then I am back? What am I? Your pet?”

Li Fengjue looks down at the high-heeled shoe prints on his feet, and looks at Yuexi calmly, “I never felt that way. I did what I did to you. I have a reason.”

Yuexi looks at him, thinking that he would say it directly, but he is silent and stops talking.
