Dear Ex-wife Marry Me

Chapter 2054

"Beck, apologize."

Augus slammed the table, clearly serious this time.

Beck grew angrier and slumped into the chair next to him.

"I won't apologize. You might as well make me kneel in the chapel."

"Fine, then kneel there for three hours."

Beck had thought it would be for no more than an hour and turned to glare at Stella.

However, Stella wasn't looking at him. She kept her head down, speaking in a murmur.

Beck stood up defiantly. If kneeling in the chapel until he collapsed was what it took, he'd do it but never apologize to a woman like her.

Seeing Beck storm off, Augus rubbed his temples.

"Elle, why don't you stay for lunch?"

Stella, now behaving docilely, agreed, "Okay."

After an hour of kneeling in the chapel, Beck heard someone at the door and turned to see Stella holding an apple, coming to sit beside him.

She had brought a cushion for herself and took a bite of her apple.

Beck's frustration showed on his face, "This is a chapel. If you want to eat, go somewhere else."

He closed his eyes, trying to ignore Stella.

But the sound of her munching on the apple was persistent and irritating.

"Stella!"

Stella had finished her apple and glanced at her phone, "You still have an hour and fifty minutes, Beck. Are you hungry? Should I bring you an apple?" "Get lost. Don't disturb me."

"And you kneeling here, worried about being disturbed?"

"Why are you so annoying?"

A hint of sadness crossed Stella's eyes, "Fine, I'll leave then. We'll meet another day, Beck. Whenever you're ready for that paternity test, I'll be there." Beck remained silent, closing his eyes again.

He even felt Stella's words were mocking him.

As Stella left the Sanders' grand villa, she glanced back at the imposing gates.

Getting into her car, she checked her phone to hear Bonnie's voice.

"Stella, changing your last name won't change anything. The Sanders family doesn't want to acknowledge you. You're just a clown who

appeared out of nowhere, tryinal. nee

grab shares. You won't even know how you die!"

Bonnie, Morgan's girlfriend and soon-to-be wife, was also the one who accused Stella of plagiarism.

Stella found it amusing, "Bonnie, are you afraid I'll become a Sanders and stop you from entering the family?"

Bonnie, hit where it hurt, turned pale with anger.

"There must be something wrong with your paternity test. I'll find a way to expose you!"

Stella's expression darkened, her fingers tapping on the steering wheel lightly.

"Why would I need to forge such a document? Morgan, and the real Sanders, are worlds apart. Beck and Dylan don't even acknowledge him as a brother. Only you consider that trash a treasure." Bonnie's face twisted in envy and fear.

Even if Morgan was not as close to

Beck, being related to the Sanders family meant staying in the upper echelons of society. But Stella's arrival and her claim to the Sanders' shares, something even Morgan couldn't get, drove Bonnie mad with jealousy. Please check at N/ôvel(D)rama.Org.

She remembered how she used to bully Stella back in high school.

They were classmates, and Bonnie despised Stella for her studious nature and aloof demeanor.

One day, Bonnie realized Stella never wore anything but her school uniform and always ate with boys, never getting her meal.

Then, she overheard Stella telling a teacher about delaying her tuition fee.

It clicked for Bonnie; Stella was broke, relying on boys for meals.

She spread the word, and soon, Stella became infamous at school. The boys steered clear of her, and Bonnie led a campaign of bullying against Stella - slapping her and stripping her clothes were just the beginning.
